Polyurethane Film "Esmer URS"
Esmer-URS is thermoplastic polyurethane film made by extruding method. Esmer-URS has excellent physical property of polyurethane, because it doesn't contain lubricant, stabilizer, plasticizer, vinylchloride and solvent.
Strong against wear
Wear resistance is 3-5 times as strong as of natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Good for conveyer belt material.
Excellent properties at low temperature
The hardness and elasticity are almost the same even at low temperature. It can be used in cold district or in the refrigerator.
Good resistance to oil
It has excellent resistance to oil and gasoline. Good for industrial parts, automobile parts, container and solvent protection gloves.
Strong against bending and tearing
It has excellent endurance for bending and strong against tear. It can be used for industrial parts or container bag which rubber can't make enough.
Laminating with other materials
We can laminate to woven fabric, non-woven fabric, paper and plastic films.

Strong bond even with soft PVC.
